Using Sam’s Trip
You must be at least 18 to create an account. You are responsible for everything posted from it.
Claiming a business
Claim a listing only if you are authorised to act for that business. Claiming a business you do not represent is a breach of these terms and may be unlawful.
Content you post
You keep ownership of what you post, and grant us a licence to display it on the platform. Do not post content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, or that contains someone else’s personal data without their consent.
Reviews
Reviews must reflect genuine experience. Incentivised, fabricated or competitor-written reviews are removed, and repeat offenders lose posting rights.
Verification badges
Our badges indicate steps completed on this platform. They are not a government licence, certification, endorsement or guarantee of performance, and must not be presented as one.
Liability
Sam’s Trip is a platform. We are not a party to transactions between members, and we do not guarantee the accuracy of listings or the conduct of any business. Verify your counterparties.
